KEGG and REACTOME pathway data describe known molecular interaction and reaction networks. These data are integrated with chemicals, genes, and diseases in CTD to provide insights into molecular networks that may be affected by chemicals, and possible mechanisms underlying environmental diseases.

Inferred pathways for diseases are based on shared genes among CTD-curated gene–disease associations and gene–pathway associations established by KEGG and REACTOME curation. This report presents the following information about the disease subject of this detail page:

1. The disease (the subject of the page or one of its descendants).
2. The name of the KEGG or REACTOME pathway in which the gene or protein functions.
3. The ID of the KEGG or REACTOME pathway.
4. The genes though which the disease–pathway association is inferred.
